If your Mermane arrives and you or the person you bought it for doesn't love it, return it unused and unworn, in its original packaging and I'll arrange a refund or an exchange for another colour - you will need to cover the cost of the return postage.

If your Mermane is faulty, please let me know ASAP. It is so disappointing when you order something online and you're unpleasantly surprised - I will replace or refund at your request.
